Customized industrial wastewater treatment equipment utilizing electrocoagulation technology for efficient contaminant removal.

Our electrocoagulation system utilizes metal hydroxide produced by soluble metal anodes (typically aluminum or iron) during flocculation to effectively remove contaminants from wastewater.

Anodizing reaction: 2OH⁻→2[O]+2e→O₂+2e. The nascent oxygen [O] provides strong oxidation comparable to UV, H₂O₂ and O₃.

Cathode reduction produces nascent hydrogen that breaks chemical bonds, COD, chromophore functional groups and multi-chain compounds.

These oxidation and reduction reactions occur continuously on the electrode plates.
